Demand Letter Program

CLIENT (herein "you" or "your") agrees that the account(s) submitted to Gene Cunningham, Esq. ("we", "us" or "our") are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.We will direct an attorney’s letter demanding payment within ten days to your debtor.

2.The debtor will be advised to make payment to "Gene Cunningham, in trust" and that failure to do so may result in legal action.

3.You will notify us promptly should the debtor make payment to you.

4.We will forward funds received, less a $25 cheque handling fee to you.   Funds received to your credit will be held for thirty (30) days prior to disbursement to you.

5.All matters referred to us for collection are lawful debts owed to you

6.Unpaid accounts, unless you had advised otherwise, shall be transferred to our regular collection program.

7.This Agreement shall become effective only after we have signed it.
